Are you experiencing the unease of knowing that the old no longer serves and not yet knowing what

When there is restlessness, ambiguity, when change becomes unclear or gets uncomfortable,

you will have probably entered liminality. That messy middle between the old and the new

where thinking it through, analysing and coming up with a plan no longer work.

And it takes a journey to stay your course.

I offer “journeys” of change in the form of workshops, training or (team) coaching

for professionals, leaders and small teams, based on Theory U. In which you get to play with the dynamics of liminality,

in such a way that your mind stays out of it. Are you ready to dive deep and navigate the in-between

Change only works if you can stop and stand still.

To perceive with fresh eyes.

In which the heart has too often been forgotten and we are collectively coming to results that no one really wants: health crisis, climate change, technological crisis, inequality, societies under pressure, violence, financial crisis, economic crisis. Our collaborations and relationships are under pressure as a result.


What has worked well until today suddenly won't work tomorrow.

Your own needs change and you have to keep reinventing yourself.

New opportunities present themselves quickly and spontaneously.

Sometimes still with fits and starts, but wonderful initiatives are emerging around us. 


We are increasingly telling each other a new story. One based on mutual respect, affection and love for nature, for earth.
